Fits many. S/M/L. For reference, I am 5'4" with a 33" bust.

Underarm: 13", stretches to 22" flat
Length: 18-22", depending on adjustable straps, shown in pics @ 18"
Top of elastic to bottom of ruffle hem: 12.5"
Care: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry to preserve the vintage fabrics.
